This proposal involves 77 ¾-acre lots being created. Individual lots will need to produce solar power, compost waste, and catch water. This plan will minimize any negative environmental impact in this sensitive area. There is a fresh water river about 1 ½ miles away which could potentially be piped to the buildings.
Phase II development proposal is approximately 100 acres, and 118 lots. This land is already cleared so the development cost per lot would be much less. Please notice that Tiger Point can be modified to suit individual tastes and needs as long as eco-friendly practices are adhered to.
